This evening –

A few storms or showers will be possible this evening. Severe threat is very low / marginal. Gusty winds, lightning, small hail, & heavy rain will be possible.
Monday afternoon & evening –
A few pop-up thunderstorms will be possible 4pm – 9pm. They may become locally severe.
1st round: A complex of storms may develop to our north tomorrow afternoon. These storms will approach the Tri-Cities in the evening (early to mid evening). Damaging winds, lightning, hail, heavy rain, & a brief tornado spin-up will be possible.

2nd round: A second thunderstorm complex may develop during the nighttime hours into Tuesday morning (4am – 10am). Damaging winds, lightning, hail, heavy rain, & a brief tornado spin-up will be possible.

Tuesday afternoon & evening –
Depending on how quickly the MCS moves out Tuesday morning and how much instability develops later in the day, a few thunderstorms (or even supercells) MAY develop later during the afternoon & evening on Tuesday. Storms may initially start as supercells, with the potential for isolated tornadoes, and then turn more linear later in the day, increasing the damaging wind threat. Damaging winds, lightning, hail, heavy rain, & isolated tornadoes will be possible. Severe threat ends by Wednesday morning. -WCW1
